So, regretfully, I won't be able to finish "The Advocate" by
the end of the month as I'd hoped. My energy and health
just haven't been there. Long story short, my work
situation hasn't been the best. I had a huge project
that really needed more than one person on it and then no
sooner did the main portion of that wrap than someone quit and
I had to help fill their role. So... I really can't
remember the last time I just had my normal job as a
job. Thankfully, the vacant position was recently filled
and the last bits of the big project should be wrapped up by
the end of this week or the next.
Unfortunately, all the stress led to an increase in seizures
which led to either 1. actual neurological deficits or 2. me
being paranoid about non-existent neurological deficits.
Mostly, I feel like my memory really took a hit.
Possibly it's a case of me just over-analyzing normal memory
lapses. But it just doesn't feel that way. I've
also been doing a lot of stuff like writing the wrong word
even though it's so clear in my head what I'm trying to
write. So I've been playing a lot of brain games.
Thus, I decided to just do a few games for this issue. I
hope you enjoy them and I hope that very soon I can get back
to writing without feeling like I constantly need to re-read
and re-proof.
